Some labels make you stop mid-scroll. Paloma Jane is one of them. The pieces have that “where did you get that?” energy we love at The Sensory — and the woman behind them has a story worth sharing.
Jane grew up with fashion all around her. One grandmother was a bridal seamstress, and Jane remembers helping in her sewing studio as a child. On the other side of the family, her great-grandfather owned a luxury department store, while her grandmother Marion remained wonderfully stylish well past 100. Honestly, it sounds like Jane was destined to have a fabulous wardrobe.
She went on to work as a model and hairstylist, then built a career in Australian fashion that included roles with Sass & Bide, Scanlan & Theodore and Camilla. She’s worked with VIP clients and art directed photo shoots, too. You can see that eye for the whole look in Paloma Jane: pieces that invite you to play, dress up and make them your own.
That’s why I love having Paloma Jane at The Sensory. A beautiful piece can change your mood before you’ve even left the house. Add jewellery, grab your bag, and suddenly you’re finding an excuse to go somewhere.
Come in and try Paloma Jane on at the boutique. Twirl around. See how it feels. That’s the fun part.
Big love,
Somer x
