Stall Holder Info

Rack Fee: $25: this fee is donated to a local charity.

Set Up: from 4pm

Stall size 'one standard clothes rack' - BYO rack. NO TABLES. If your rack doesn't have wheels, consider bringing your items in a suitcase with wheels.

If you have a business name, please provide this when booking so we can promote you and everyone MUST provide a contact email.

There are no set spaces, it's a cruisey set up! Numbers are capped, which means you need to book in advance to ensure your spot.

There is plenty of parking in the Woolworths carpark, off Swan Lane. Please do not park out the front on Railway Street as we want to keep these spaces available for shoppers.

If you can no longer make it for ANY REASON, please advise at least 3 days beforehand so we can let another stall holder who may be on the wait list know. If you cannot make a rescheduled event, we will give you options to join us on other dates or you can ask a friend to take your place. 

You must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to opening time to set up.

No guarantees are made about your financial performance on the day. As a seller, how much you make on the day is up to you. Again, shoot us through your insta handle if you want some love in the lead up & PLEASE SHARE THE LOVE too!! It's up to all of us to get to get the word out!!
