FOCUS BALM WITH PURE ESSENTIAL OILS 30G

When you need the brain fog to lift and the mind to be sharp this invigorating blend with basil, rosemary and lemon myrtle,  blended in sweet almond oil and organic beeswax, will clear the cobwebs sparking clarity and focus.

HOW TO USE:

Massage this nourishing balm into your temples, wrists, shoulders and nape of your neck. A blend of essential oils and organic bees wax, the focus blend and its wonderful benefits are released as the balm warms and melts into your body, absorbing quickly. A travel friendly way to bring your favourite blends with you wherever life takes you.

A fresh, citrus, vibrant and herbaceous aroma. 

KEY INGREDIENTS

Lemon – traditionally recommended in aromatherapy to alleviate mental fogginess and mental fatigue associated with poor concentration. It has been described as a delightful ‘spa for the brain’. It enhances rational, logical thinking and allows us to remain fully present and focused.

Cold pressed lime - alleviates mental fogginess and mental fatigue. Works perfectly in synergy with lemon oil. 

Lemon myrtle – the fresh vibrant aroma of lemon myrtle improves concentration and is emotionally uplifting. It works perfectly with lemon and cold pressed lime, giving Focus blend its delightful sweet citrusy aroma.  

Basil – has long been used in aromatherapy to restore mental and cognitive functions. It helps clear the head, relieve fatigue and provide mental clarity. We have used the linalool chemotype in Focus. Basil encourages positivity, assertiveness, decisiveness, clarity and strength.   

Black pepper – the warm note of black pepper helps to boost the properties of all the other essential oils. It gives us the courage and confidence to move forward and venture into places unknown. 

Rosemary – many in vivo studies have confirmed rosemary’s ability to enhance cognitive function. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to promote mental clarity and as a nervous system restorative to alleviate mental and physical fatigue and poor memory or lack of concentration.  

Geranium – a small amount of geranium has been added to Focus to provide a more harmonising and pleasing aroma to what would otherwise have been a harsh strong herbaceous aroma.
